How it Works
MOMENTUM/PEAK
First, you’ll submit a quick questionnaire to Cadence so we can match you with the right coach.
Then, you’ll coach will reach out and schedule some time to discuss/review your background and goals over video chat or a regular phone call.
Life happens—we get it. Your coach will adjust your training when needed while keeping you accountable and giving honest feedback to help you become your best.
You’ll be set up in our complimentary online training log (TrainingPeaks), keeping you connected with your coach. This is where you'll receive personalized workouts each week, tailored to your feedback and progress.
Your coach will support you every step of the way as you work toward your goals. With TrainingPeaks, you'll have unlimited communication with your coach, who will provide regular feedback. You can also reach out via email anytime.*

Sync your GPS watch with TrainingPeaks to seamlessly share your training data with your coach.
Use the mobile app to track workouts, log progress, and stay connected with your coach anytime, anywhere.
With any of the 3 services, you’ll begin by completing a simple questionnaire, followed by an onboarding call with a Cadence coach.
Only MOMENTUM and PEAK Plans include an ongoing Cadence Coach and TrainingPeaks account to access your training through the desktop or the mobile app; included is an option to sync your GPS watch to import your daily sessions.
The STRIDE Plan is a one-time purchase based. After your onboarding consultation, your coach will prescribe all your training at once via your own PDF with one revision period allowed. The rest of the plan is self-guided.
The MOMENTUM PLAN is a monthly subscription. Your coach will prescribe your training on a weekly basis rather than all at once. They will be tracking your workout progress and comments to adapt your training week by week. In addition, you’ll be able to chat with your coach along the way in case you have any questions about workouts.
With PEAK PLAN, you’ll be upgraded to full communication with your coach, including monthly Google Meet or phone calls as needed (optional). In addition, your coach will assist with all aspects of race planning, preparation, strategy and recovery. Communication with your coach can also be done via email as well as through the TrainingPeaks Software. A basic strength plan is also intertwined to keep you strong, healthy and injury-free throughout training. While all plans are great, PEAK gives you the best chance at crushing PRs and staying injury-free.
